Employer LGBTQ Policies & Benefits Front and Center
We believe OutBüro is the only job portal that requires employers posting jobs to acknowledge their work environment is LGBTQ positive by requiring all employers to indicate if they have the following in place:
- If the company/organization is LGBTQ Majority Owned
- Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Policy
- Domestic Partner Benefits
- Gender Identity in Non-Discrimination Policy
- Transgender-Inclusive Benefits
- Organizational LGBTQ Competency – Internal or externally provided education and accountability metrics to promote LGBTQ inclusion competency
- Public Commitment to the LGBTQ Community
Every registered employer sees and manages only the information unique to them through their own unique profile view: the Employer Portal. The employer can manage information about their company: company name, location, description, logo and unique LGBTQ employee policies, benefit and community support.
When an applicant fills out a job application form the application information is displayed to the employer.
LGBTQ Job Seekers
LGBTQ diversity candidates maintain their own information, keeping their resume/CV up-to-date in the growing searchable OutBüro Job Portal resume database.
Job seekers may complete a resume to be an active or passive job seeker. Job seekers may apply for jobs listed directly on the OutBüro Job Portal and search LGBTQ friendly jobs via our growing partner line up (those coming soon).
Employers may receive applications directly as well as search the growing database of quality LGBTQ candidates and proactively contact passive candidates with opportunities.
