For ideas, post an article about:

  • Your area of expertise as a company/organization or individual
  • Your company/organization products or services
  • Announcements
  • Special offers for the LGBT community
  • Job/career fair/open house
  • Employee features (promotions, employee testimonials, and more)
  • What your LGBTQ employee resource group is up to
  • Customer/client features
  • What LGBTQ events or organizations you are sponsoring
  • Stories about professionals/entrepreneurs
  • Resource lists – programs available, funding available, etc.
  • Write about LGBTQ topics, studies, workplace issues, solutions, etc.
  • Give employee/employer advice – are you a Diversity and Inclusion pro?

Keep it professional and if at all possible LGBTQ focused. For example, if writing about website SEO, yes that is very general, however, you can use LGBTQ examples in your article. If totally drawing a blank, post it and during our review, we may edit it to be more LGBTQ focused and/or link to content already on the site.
